Warranty and Returns


AmberTeethingNecklaces.net.au is dedicated to making your customer experience with us as fun and enjoyable as possible! Please read below to find out more about our return policy.
We’ll accept any and all returns as long as the items meet the following:

  • The item is new and unopened (for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of open or used items).
  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery

If your item(s) meet our criteria, great! We’ll fully refund the cost of the item; if AmberTeethingNecklaces.net.au is at fault or made an error on our part such as receiving a faulty, broken or defective item, that you received the wrong order, etc. we’ll also refund the shipping fees as well.

For returns all you’ll need to do is login to your account, click the “Completed Orders” link, and then select the “Return Item(s)” link. Follow the directions there and you’ll be on your way.

We’ll only process your refund once we’ve received the returned items. Please allow 4 weeks to receive your refund; it takes 5-10 business days to receive your items back, additional time (3-5 business days) to process the order and another 5-10 business days for the bank to process your refund.


Each product’s warranties is outlined on the specific product page; if an item is found to be faulty or defective please contact us as soon as possible at sales@amberteethingnecklaces.net.au so we can help get it returned and replaced by the manufacturer as soon as possible.
