When exploring our website, you’ll probably notice that we carry a lot of items for both Mum and Baby, here we’re going to talk about how orders work and everything you need to know to have an enjoy experience.
Order Status

AmberTeethingNecklaces.net.au will process your order immediately; if your order and payment are processed before our 12:00PM cutoff time, your order will be shipped the same day. If not, it will be shipped the next business day. Once shipped you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can track the progress of your order.
Order Cancellations

The Store (Us)

In the even that we, AmberTeethingNecklaces.net.au, cancel your order, you will be notified via email. We won’t charge your payment method for any cancelled item; but since cancelled items are final, you’ll need to make a completely new order if you want to order again.

AmberTeethingNecklaces.net.au cancels orders for the following (but not limited to) reasons:

  • The item that you ordered is no longer available
  • AmberTeethingNecklaces.net.au is having a problem processing your payment method – please make sure your billing and shipping information match with what your preferred payment method has on file!
  • We can’t ship to your location (undeliverable address, outside of Australia, etc.)
  • You have a duplicate order in queue

The Customer (You)

If for some reason you want to change or cancel your order, AmberTeethingNecklaces.net.au offers an easy return policy.

Once you click “Submit My Orders” on the checkout page, your order is final. If you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible; all orders received by our 12PM cutoff time are typically shipped the same day. If your order has shipped, you’ll need to check out our Return Policy Instruction page for more information.

If we’re unable to process your payment we’ll send you an email; you can either select a different form of payment of cancel your order.
